Mr. Mayers is an emerging artist in the contemporary art scene of Southern California. Self-labeled as a “digital impressionist”, his art incorporates numerous state-of-the-art advances of modern technology in the manner he uses to create and produce his art.

Quite different from previous movements in art, his work typically begins as a digital image or concept sketch, and then evolves through innovative methods that combine traditional art techniques with advances in modern technology.

The manner that his work is viewed and/or experienced also varies significantly from older, more traditional means, and is not limited in size, shape or material.

Finished art is available as traditional oil painting and hand-embellished serigraphs or giclee prints that utilize archival quality inks on various museum grade substrates including canvas, fine art and photo-based paper. Works can also be obtained on various other types of materials that include milled metal, glass, ceramic tile, wood, paper, plastic or even on various types of fabric. Other new and innovative methods of display include backlit Lucite panels, digital panel display boards and even full-sized digital outdoor billboards.
