I am a writer, human rights advocate, and creative organizer. My work illuminates breaches of human rights while identifying crossroads in art, culture, community, and social change. In respect to the field of curation, I am attempting to shift the discourse toward a sense of caring and nurturing social engagement in a manner that reflects a global conversation, while remaining grounded within people and community.

At Ithaca College I earned my BA in Art History and Writing, with a concentration in curatorial practice. Without hesitation, I leapt into an MA in Arts Politics and graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in May 2012.
