Recently Center Theatre Group (CTG) investigated the needs of emerging arts professionals to see how theatres can bridge school and work with arts management internship programs. Sponsored by the MetLife Foundation and Theatre Communication Group’s A-Ha! Program: Think It Grant, CTG’s Education and Community Partnerships department had the unique opportunity to truly take the time to ponder their research question: How can we attract more young people to a career in the theatre and prepare them to succeed in the field?
